the instant nature of the dslr has some definate advantages to even the pro photographer but nothing comes close to the picture quality of film. the best film slr i ever owned was the canon eos 5. i sold it for a few hundy before it bacame completely obsolete.
i have got one on loan from a friend and im begining to remember all of the things i love about it.
one thing i hate its the batteries! dslrs and their rechargeables rule on that front.
buy an eos 5 and shoot some film. u will be happy you did.
